Andrej Guba, senior associate

Mgr. Andrej Guba, LLM, advocate, born in 1982 in Nitra. In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Trnava University. During his studies and for a short time afterwards he worked as a junior lawyer at the law office in Nitra. He has been a stable member of the SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law Office since 2006 and a leader of the branch office in Nitra. He successfully passed the advocate examination in March 2010 and has been duly admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in July 2010. In September 2015 he graduated from Nottingham Trent University where he received a LLM degree in Slovak Business Law in the European Union. He specializes in business law, especially corporate law, labour law and civil substantive law, especially law of obligations. He has participated in several legal transformations, acquisitions and due diligence during his career. He also provided legal services to one of the top bakery and milling industry leaders in Slovakia, at the present time he provides complex legal services to the one of the most significant companies operating in the food retail sector in Slovakia as well as in Central Europe. He provides legal services in Slovak and English language.
