Tatiana Chválová, legal expert

JUDr. Tatiana Chválová (Švolíková), was born in Nitra. She has 7 years of Law -experience in various bodies of law. Before she joined the legal team of SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law Office, she worked as an advocate in Heger & Partners Law Office located in Banská Bystrica, where she specialized for business law, legal disputes, contractual law, administrative law, labor law, civil law, law of the business companies and GDPR. She was also a coordinator of research realized in Slovak republic by the prestigious foreign university.

In 2012, she graduated from the Faculty of Law – The Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. During her University studies she practiced in a various state institutions as Office of the Public prosecutor, District Court in Nitra, District court in Banská Bystrica, County Court in Nitra and at the Executive Office in Nitra. In 2013 she achieved a title „doctor of law“. In 2016 she passed bar exams and she was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association. From the 2016 she also works as an arbiter at the Arbitration court established by the Slovak Agriculture and Food Chamber. She provides legal services in English and Slovak language.

JUDr. Tatiana Chválová is a member of the SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law Office since September 2018 and she specializes for business law, civil law and legal disputes.
