PETER ŠTRPKA WAS ELECTED AS A MEMBER OF EXAMINATION COMMITTEE OF THE JUDICIAL ACADEMY OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC

He became a member of the Examination Board for Commercial Law for three years.

The Council of the Judicial Academy of the Slovak Republic elected our partner Peter Štrpka as a member of the Examination committee for Commercial Law for three years (from 12th February 2019 to 12th February 2022).

The purpose of the Examination Board is to verify whether the judicial trainee, the prosecutor's trainee, a senior judicial officer, an assistant of the judge of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, an assistant of the  prosecutor or an advisor of the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic have sufficient professional knowledge and if sufficiently prepared to serve as a judge or a prosecutor.
