Martin Hrčka, paralegal

Martin Hrčka, junior associate, born in 1998 in Žiar nad Hronom. In 2021, he successfully graduated his first degree studies at Comenius University, Faculty of Law by passing the state exam and publishing a bachelor's thesis on the topic: "Post-mortal protection of personality according to civil law". Nowadays he is continuing his second degree of university studies at Comenius University, Faculty of Law. He has been a member of SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA, s. r. o. law office since november 2020. Before joining AKSŠ, he was a part of a law firm in Bratislava. He would like to deal mainly with the civil law and commercial law agenda in the future.
