We represent clients in the preparation and implementation of procurement procedures, the drafting of tender documents and contract terms, in objection and review proceedings, as well as in litigation related to public procurement. We provided legal services to the University Hospital in Martin in the area of public procurement for the selection of a contractor for St. Martin’s Hospital. We represent the National Center for Health Information in a legal dispute related to a public procurement process.
