We Warn Against Fraudulent E-mails

Law firm soukeník — štrpka wishes to alert the public to the occurrence of e-mails that falsely purport to be our communications. We have no connection whatsoever with these messages and urge their recipients not to respond to them or open any attachments or links contained therein.

All official e-mails of law firm soukeník — štrpka are sent exclusively from the @akss.sk domain. The fraudulent messages that have been brought to our attention during this period are sent via the Gmail service (from an address in the format @gmail.com) and have no technical or operational connection whatsoever with our systems.

This constitutes misuse of our trade name and an attempt to commit fraud. Such conduct amounts to so-called spoofing and phishing, the purpose of which is to mislead the recipient. Law firm soukeník — štrpka has no ability to intervene in or control these sender accounts or their operation.

How to proceed:

• Check the sender’s e-mail address. If the address does not appear trustworthy or seems suspicious, do not engage further.
• Do not react to or reply to fraudulent e-mails. Any contact with fraudsters may aggravate the situation.
• Do not open any attachments or links contained in these messages. They may contain malicious software or phishing links intended to obtain your sensitive data.
