The webinar “School Rules 2025”, which took place on 10 February 2025 in cooperation with Nakladateľstvo FORUM, provided a practical overview of the legislation and recent developments relating to the drafting, content, and application of school rules. On 10 February 2025, a webinar entitled “School Rules 2025” was held in cooperation with Nakladateľstvo FORUM and delivered by Mgr. Andrej Guba, LL.M., managing attorney and specialist in education law from law firm soukeník — štrpka.
The aim of the webinar was to familiarise participants with the legislative framework governing the drafting, content, approval process, and publication of school rules, as well as other important practical aspects, including legislative developments arising from amendments to the Education Act.
