Since May 2025, we have been based in new premises – in the architecturally exceptional multifunctional NEO HOUSE building, designed by architect Martin Németh as a “bespoke jewel”.
NEO HOUSE combines a working environment, residential living, and complementary services. Across three floors, it houses the new headquarters of law firm soukeník — štrpka, while the upper floors are residential and offer views over Bratislava. The building also provides public parking, which is particularly appreciated by visitors from the surrounding area.
At the new soukeník — štrpka headquarters, our clients have access to several spaces designed with an emphasis on comfort and functionality – modern meeting rooms, a zen garden, a summer terrace, as well as zones intended for focused work or informal conversations.
The interior also includes a lounge area – a space for concentrated work or meetings in a relaxed atmosphere, equipped with a screen, sound system, and the possibility of informal conversations accompanied by favourite music.
An internal library with specialised legal literature is also available, intended primarily for members of our soukeník — štrpka team.
NEO HOUSE is not merely a new address. It is a space that reflects our approach – an emphasis on detail, architecture, art, and a high standard of working environment.
The dominant feature of the interior is the monumental work Variation I by Milan Dobeš, incorporated into a three-storey gallery as an integral part of the building itself.
Although the premises are already functional and fully operational, the interior is still being gradually complemented with furnishings, textiles, and works of art.

We look forward to welcoming you to our new premises.
